  > Validity: Within 13 days - 11 days skiing on the:
  - Pitztal Glacier & Rifflsee
  - Mandarfen village lift

  Including 1 day of skiing on the Kaunertal Glacier, Winter Mountain Fendels or Hochzeiger.

  > Tickets only valid on the selected date, non-refundable or exchangeable.

  > If you add the cancellation guarantee: Refund possible up to 5 days before the ski day.

  > Bambini: Children under the age of 8 are free of charge. Tickets available at the ticket office. Processing fee 2.00 EUR. Photo ID required.

  > Incl. 10 % VAT.

• Pick-up Instructions

  You can pick up your tickets either with a "QR code" on site at one of our ticket machine or at our cash desk.

  If you already have a KeyCard, you can recharge it online and use it directly.

  - Valley station cable car Rifflsee, Mandarfen 89
  - Valley station Glacier Express, Mittelberg 103

  Please note: The first day of use of your card must always be in the Pitztaler Gletscherbahn or Rifflsee ski areas.

  By the way, after your stay you can:

  • return your keycard at a cash desk in the Pitztaler Gletscherbahn or Rifflsee ski areas or by putting it in the return boxes or;
  • keep the keycard and reuse it next time by loading your ticket directly onto it online.
