- Pitztal Glacier & Rifflsee> Tickets only valid on the selected date, non-refundable or exchangeable.
> If you add the cancellation guarantee: Refund possible up to 5 days before the ski day.
> Bambini: Children under the age of 8 are free of charge. Tickets available at the ticket office. Processing fee 2.00 EUR. Photo ID required.

Pick-up Instructions
You can pick up your tickets either with a "QR code" on site at one of our ticket machine or at our cash desk.
If you already have a KeyCard, you can recharge it online and use it directly.

- Valley station Glacier Express, Mittelberg 103By the way, after your stay you can:
- return your keycard at a cash desk in the Pitztaler Gletscherbahn or Rifflsee ski areas or by putting it in the return boxes or;
- keep the keycard and reuse it next time by loading your ticket directly onto it online.
